I'm going to be putting my X-cell 60 up for sale and I'm trying to figure out what I should ask before I post it in the classifieds.

I've had it since it was new and it is one of the original A frame Heli's. I put a new OS Max SX .61 engine in about 2 years ago and it has about 2 tanks of fuel thru it. It has Vario 660 blades measured from the mounting hole to the tip of the blade. I added a longer tail boom with the Torque Tube Kit, the front Tranmission Alignment tool which gives added bearing support to the gearing so you can safely run head holding, a self-aligning/Dampened Clutch system, and a taller main shaft for more pitch adjustment. I have the building manual, all the upgrade documentation and bunches of extra parts. This heli has never been crashed so I have lots of extra small parts that I bought just in case. Most of them screws, ball links and stuff like that. It has 9252 servos, a 401 gyro with 9254 servo, and a 7 channel Spektrum receiver. My guess is that shipping will be around 25 to 30 dollars.

What a great model. Curtis won a World Championship with this model. Even a woodend servo tray! That goes way back. Don't get your hopes up to high. Put it on eBay with a high reserve (no one sees this number) and start the bidding at a $1. I think you may be shocked on where it will end up. You may probably just go ahead an keep the model and fly it. Great model to learn with and you still can get parts. I think I still have a drawing I made tracing the parts of the woodend servo tray for if I needed to make some of my own parts years ago.

I agree. ebay but if you really want to sell it then no reserve is the way to go start the listing at .99 for 10day`s and let the market take care of the rest. take good close up pictures .
