Is anyone using the Hacker 30c Top Fuel Li-Pos?

I have a technical query that i need some help with please.
I have 2x6s 5000mAH to use in a Vibe 90SG but I need to check the correct connections (there are two yellow leads from each pack, one with a male and one with a female 4mm gold bullet connectors. Purpose of these leads?)
Also having fully charged each pack I have measured the voltage from the red and black leads and nothing, barely milliamps register but the charger shows them as full.

HEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPP

Since posting this question I have found out a friend of mine uses these packs. His information is that Hacker split each 6s pack into 2x3s internally for shipping. The yellow leads must be connected together for the pack to become a full 6s pack. Once this is done the voltage can be measured across the red and black leads as normal and in my case I get around 25v, perfect!!
Have now set up the Castle Creations HV85 as seen on the videos so I'm going to try the governor mode hopefully tomorrow.

they do this, to reduce the watt hours ratings on packs.
New guidelines for pack size, voltage and watt hours for shipping.

For the love of the hobby

Hi Gorn

Thanks, I knew that pack sizes and power has always been an issue with shipping Li-Pos but I'd never stopped to work out the watt hours (shame on me, being an electrician too) 111 watt hours is a lot of energy from a battery! Just goes to show how much punch these cells pack.
This will be the first time I've used an electric set up for a 90 size machine and due to my training I tend to be a little over cautious when it comes to just plugging stuff in!! I see the end result of that often enough!!
Looking forward to it though, I have a borrowed Vibe SG which I converted to electric using the new JR conversion kit. It's running a Scorpion 4035-400KV with a Castle HV85 ESC all through an Emcotec 120A isolator (again hate plugging stuff in live!). Have seen this set up in use in another JR machine and it rocks in F3C!
Fingers crossed.
