trex 600n crashed into pond
This is my first time creating a post since all this Heli stuff is still new to me, However my son is the experienced one. He had his 600 about 25 ft. in the air and was hovering while whiping the tail around at a high rate of speed (don't know the name for that)we heard something break and watch it spin out of control through the air about 200 ft. into a small retention pond. He had shut everything down in the air when he realized their was a problem. I retrieved it and dried it out, and dried out all the electronics with a hair dryer. Found that the front tail boom gears were all shreadded, blades are toast. I drained the fuel tank and replinished with fresh fuel. drained the motor of water and cleaned it. I got it running, however, fuel is leaking from somewhere by the glow plug. Don't know what it is. What and How should I start doing to diagnose problems with the electrical parts. Thanks for any input or advice.

If it were me i would remove the servos and take them apart to see if they have watter inside some of the higher end servos have seals to help keep them dry not sure what u have.
The gyro,ESC and regulator may be toast shorted either way im not so sure i would use them again crash parts for the 600 are not cheap.

We have had this happen with helis and planks. The best thing is to pull all electronics off and put in A bag of rice for A day or two. It will pull all the moisture out of them. Saves A lot of money in electronics.OHHHH crap!! That was fun
