This thing is awesome! LOL. Well ive got a problem already. When I plug my battery into my ar7000 receiver the orange light on the receiver flicks on for less than one second and and shuts off so i can bind it. I dont know what that means.

Dont know if this is your first dx radio, but you power up the receiver with the bind plug in first, then turn on your dx7 last whilst holding down the button on the back, eventually after a few seconds both lights on the receiver/s turn solid red.

The red lights flicker until you switch on the radio, then after a few seconds they should turn solid red and your servos should work.

Sometimes if you hold the TX too close to the receiver it doesent work.

Worst possible scenario is the receiver is a dud, but the radio should be fine.

umm i dont know if the receiver pack was charged as I just took it straight from the box and tried it. But I will charge and see if thats the problem. And spitfire this isnt me first dx radio. I have the 5 and 6. Ive noticed so far that the 7 is considerably different. I just hope I didnt get a fried receiver.

If the pack came straight out of the box it probly needs charged. Could be a fried reciever but kinda doubt it..

Ok good. Would a low pack inhibit it from being able to get enough power to bind?
