Years ago when I first got on the net it was with AOL. The site registration process was all new, 1st time for me. When prompted to pick a screen name I picked my name...Nick. Hello...There were about a gazillion Nicks with prefixes and suffixes. After trying 10 or more times it finally sunk in.... I was late for the party and all the Nicks were taken. I attached my address numbers to the end of my name and it worked.....It has stuck since then for all screen names and email addresses.

i think a view at my gallery should give a clue.

however, when trying to come up with an unused screenname years ago on a popular car forum, i had to try several combinations of year+make+random word to get a unique moniker.

it stuck.
if it ain't broke, break it.

When I lived near Buffalo, NY a buddy of mine had an R/C track in his backyard. I had quite a few nitro powerd R/Cs at the time. I had an Ofna Monster Pirate that was constantly broke. Of course launching it off a sheet off plywood propped up against the bed of my truck and doing back flips with it didn't help. So I started using bustedmp for most everything. I sure do miss that truck, it kicked butt when we had the monster truck races. The world is yours!

A military nickname that stuck around. I was 6'7" way back then, an inch and a half less now - it went to my feet."Pay attention...lest the ground rise up and smite thee."

The Phoenix
Is a majestic bird that is always reborn after a spectacular fiery death (crash). The number 8 is similar to the infinity symbol.

Simply put: fly-crash-rebuild...repeat.

Happy holidays to all.
