Been in the hobby for many years. I am new to this site and wish I would have known about this site years ago. I am living off grid with my family and so my heli's are charged with solar power. Makes for a simple name. I will try to post some pictures and look forward to visiting with all the knowledgeable nice people on here. Thank you for this resource.

Thank you for the welcome guys. @ max Yes I am typing off grid as we speak. So my computer is off gird Wrongler I have a 2300 watt system that is supplying 1230 ah of battery storage. I have 4 days backup basically. It is a 6yr payoff on a 30 year system. I have been really enjoying it. It cost me <$20 to maintain my electrical system last year. I also live on rainwater catchment. We have lived 13 of the last 16 months on only what we can catch during the worst drought in our history.

Offgrid, Where did you get the system and what changes did you make in your electrical use?

Wrongler I should add that it is a fairly small system. We live on about a third of the typical American households energy use. The house is well built and does not require active cooling in the summer and minimal heating in the winter. We do not have or need 220 so we use considerably less electricity in a typical day. We also have solar water heating so there is no need for electricity or fuel to heat our domestic water. These systems will work well there. I have a friend in Canada who continued to make one hundred degree water on a day that was -30F.

My name is paul so since paul in spanish translated to Pablo so all my Latinos buddy just call me Pablo
So the name as become popular around every where I go
so some folks start liken me to the drugs moguls Pablo escobar from panama, everybody start saying pablo esco bar so now overtime they get tired of saying pablo they just esco in Venice I am Pablo santa monica I am
Pablo escobar, in los Angeles I'm esco, at my flight
field I, paulsky

the ES1CO2BAR3 I use to play video game so each time I make a nickname as escobar I get a error name is in use so I start putting the number between letter.
When I build server or a personal computer I name them
es2co3ba4 and so on.
