Swashplate choice VS ECCPM
I'm setting up the vbar 5.0 pro on my skyfox mechanics and was hoping to use a 3 servo 120 degree eccpm set up with elevator servo in the front, but the geometry wasn't right. So I changed it back to a 90 degree 3 servos set up with elevator in the front. Here's my Q:

The standard vbar selections have a 90 degree 4 servo selection with elevator in the rear, but no 90 degree 3 servo/ele front. So I went to the expert screen and set the swash up in custom mode. I'm assuming that the vbar still operates in eccpm mode in the expert set up. Anyone have any info regarding this set up? I just wanted a sanity check before I got too deep into the set up Here are a couple of pics showing the difference in geometry.

Your better off with 120 deg because you have 3x servos on the elevator function...but 90 will work just fine. The V Bar is configurable for your geometry.

Mr. Mel where are you

Yeah, but don't I still have the same thing only in 90 degree config if the vbar software is ECCPM standard? Maybe I should just plug it all in and see what happens to the swash during collective input. All helis and planes have an expiration date stamped on them...you only find it after you crash!!

I will call you.

This is an easy one. I have the brackets or we can set it up another way.

Cool. Thanks Ralph Hope you still have my cell number, if not I'll PM you. I'm assuming you want me to run the eccpm stand offs from vario and flip the elevator servo to the rear and run the anti rotation pin in the front, then it will match the vbar set up in the basic programming...
