You want the Pro belt version (TT gears are a PITA to change when the tail touches the ground).
40A ESC. I've run the Towerpro 40A with the big purple heatsink and it works well with fixed end points. I've also used the towerpro 4400kv motor on 11T pinion and it's got good power. I've run HXT 900 (9G servos) and they work well on cyclics. I ran futaba gyro and tail servo so can't comment on them. I will tell you this, don't skimp on gyro/tail servo as it's hard enough to learn to fly without chasing a tail all the time.
High Voltage just works better

I have a hk450 pro that I love. I'm running the align motor and esc, servos I had the from hxt900, to some corona dig servos on it right now, I can not complaint about that heli. It's very durable, I originally had the belt version but ended up replacing the tail to the TT, I had some slipping issues on the belt. Like Rogman said, try to get a decent gyro and tail servo and you'll be fine.

post your setup when you get it going.

i'm curious to see what you come up with and how it flys.

i'd bet you can get it done pretty cheap.

450
I haven't had the pro, but did setup a hk 450 on the cheap. I used and am still using that same motor on the towerpro 40 amp esc. Your servo choices there are probably not great, the last link is for a 2 gram servo with .02 kg torque(around 2 ounces?) The other link is 7 gram servos but with good speed and torque. They would probably work on the cyclic if they are big enough to mount, but at 12 bucks a piece x3 I'd look in the classified for a set of hitec 65's, hb or mg, I've bought 3 mg's for $50 before. I run the cheap 9 grams at like $3 a piece on mine, they work fine for a cheap solution, I'd order a few extra because they do often strip when crashed. I've also used the hk 401, with the same $3 servo, worked fine for hovering and basic flying around until a couple crashes, had two of them and both started drifting after crashes. You might read up on the mod threads for it and figure it out, I didn't bother though.

The pro's are set up for a bigger servo on the tail, look up the size of an align 520, that fits and will give you some measurements to look for.

I'd get the best I could afford for the gyro/tail servo first, they were my first regret in the cheapo setup, and have been sitting in a box for months now. I'm still flying the motor/esc, and $3 servos btw.

I found some better servos that have the same ratings as ds410 and ds420s and reviews look fine, I'm going to use the hk 401 which also has good reviews... The total setup is 115 with everything, I'm also gonna try their 2.4 9ch radio for 50 bucks... All together everything will b cheaper than just the 450 kit alone lol... I'll keep updates as to how it flies and performs in 3d as well as everything holds up

Good thing about cheap stuff, cheap to replace lol

I flew the HK 450Pro all summer with generic blades, TP carbons, and only traded it for a fast electric boat a few weeks ago. I have to agree with Rogman88 on the belt being the way to go unless you know you will never land i tall grass. Ask me how I know. I think it's the best money I spent in the hobby since buying the winning IRCHA 2003 grand prize raffle ticket. I had a MH bling machine 450, and a 450se V1 & V2. It flew as good as the blades and servos I had on it and better than me. jmho Best of luck to you and happy holidays.

well i got everything today, lipos, charger and electronics are all great, heli not so much... tail is frozen, if i had time i might b able to get it unfrozen but dont feel like crashing from it, i might try a copterx pro or look for a cheap airframe... wouldn't recommend hk 450 pro... and im not a hobbycity basher, i love them, still get all my lipos and stuff from them, just not airframe
