Which connector for battery to starter?
I just purchased a new battery to use with my Torque Master 90 starter. I bought a Turnigy 20-30C 3000mAh 4S LiPo which came with 4mm bullet connectors attached to 10AWG wires. The starter currently has a Deans connector.

I have to replace either the Deans or the Bullets so the battery and the starter will mate to each other. Which connectors are better suited for this job? Do I go all Deans here or all Bullets?

Thanks

Scott1115, does the conectors on your Turnigy battery say XT 60 by any chance? It does on the two Turnigy batterys that i have just bought to go on my starter. I use deans on everything else but i made up an adaptor rather than cut the XT 60 bullet connectors off the new batterys in case they went bad as the model shop i bought them from said if i removed them, they wouldnt replace the batterys in the case of a faulty one.If it doesnt move and its meant too... use WD 40. If it moves and its not meant too...use duct tape!
