Total G: Wiring Diagram & Where to Mount Sensor
I just got my Total-G and after a quick glance through the "manual" I have a couple questions.

RPM Sensor

Where are you guys mounting your RPM governor sensor - Cooling Fan, Clutch Bell, or Tail Gear??? Which is the easiest and best place to mount it???

And where do I find more info on how to set the governor up such as what gear ratio to use and how to set it and how to set headspeeds???

What ratio would you use if using the Tail Gear?

Wiring Diagram

There is a wiring diagram for the option of using an external RX, but where is the wiring diagram if I am using the Total-G as the RX???
Saturday morning I flew my helicopter in my pajamas

Here is a post on Mag Sensor:

On the other forum there is a lot of info on Mag Sensor.
One thing people are doing is buying the Outrage Velocity 90 sensor mount bracket and using that.
That is how I am going

i got my sensor mounted to the plastic housing around the clutch stack. this is a very easy place to put it, is very solid and easy to get to(couple pics floating around here on rr). the gear ratio is 8.125... wich will be 81 in the software. just set end points high,low...leave advanced page alone..servo=standard. if you want to mount it to the tail gear, then it's 1 to 1 so it would be 10 in the software.

if your just using the total g as rx(spektrum) just plug your servo's in as labled spots, and don't forget you have to have one satellite plugged in the no.1 plug-in for the total g to bind.
