Sorry don't know but at least you can take improper voltage out of the equation while troubleshooting.

yeah... i notice that there's a split in the one from experiencrc...you said they're the same though and i want to go with the cheaper one obviously, but where does that extra lead go?

There's not an extra lead...I know this for a fact because I have several

One side is for the servo the other goes to the RX or wherever you're plugging in the tail servo.

hmm ok i guess the picture is different then haha. Ok so you use this so i trust that it'll work . I'm debating on whether to pay the $5.15 for priority shipping haha...i'm sure there's probably no mail on Christmas, or probaby today either (maybe even the whole weekend DANGIT!) LOL but i want it for next week flying . I guess i shouldn't even test fly when the servo might be in danger grr...anyone know how fast "1st class mail" is supposed to get here? Is that just the norrmal 6-7 days? cause it's only $1.70

First class mail is usually just as fast as priority, it's just for very small packages and envelopes.Team Align, Team Futaba, Team Byron Fuels, Team Thunder Power

not sure yet. I placed the order on Christmas eve, so didn't ship until monday night, and i'm expecting it either tomorrow at the earliest, or Friday hopefully. I want it in time to get everything ready for weekend flying. I still am having trouble with getting the servo arm/bellcrank/and pitch slider lined up. But i'll work on that today as well as the other stuff i need before flying

Dunno why ya dont solder up a 2 diode ext lead, and be done with it
I do this for throttle servos, and tail servos, on the 8v 90`s

Dont spose someone would have a another tail servo you could try ?

Id lend ya one, but you know....Australia and all lol

Cheers bro, hope ya get it sorted for the weekend

the regulator actually came in today and i just got finished up adjusting the link rods so that my servo arm is good (needed 17 sub trim), the bellcrank is centered, and the pitch slider is centered. I'm hoping that will help. I put on the new regulator and at first the servo was twitching again...made me believe more that it could be the servo. But then it settled down and for the whole rest of the time it didn't jitter or anything. It was kinda buzzing, like the cyclic servos but not actually moving. I think it'll work better though. I don't know of anyone that will let me borrow a tail servo. I mean, they would but it would be kind of a hassle for them to take it off theirs, and the reinstall it later. If i still notice the twitching, then i'll probably be convinced it's the servo. seemed overall better on the ground though. I should be able to fly again tomorrow to test out the adjustments

ok i went to the flying field today and got in about 4 or 5 flights. The governor changes i made were perfect and that is running very well now. The tail was, at first, still getting the drift. After about 2 or 3 flights with the drifting, i found that in times of calm wind the tail holds SPOT ON but when the wind is blowing into the tail, then it drifts. Thanks to help from one of the very experienced guys at the field who also helped with some tail mechanical issues, i'm just gonna raise the gain up until i get a wag then lower it down. I heard that 95 was too high (i'm at 90 now and 95 also was drifting), but i'm also going to switch the channel from G-View to gear and hope that will get me in the right direction. Should be able to test that tomorrow
