Just to let you know, don't follow me down the 2600mah 12s route it just wont balance. Too light. Will try some 3300's next.

Lateral play on the tail grips is no problem, my TDR has it for a purpose, i would definately throw the bec battery on the jive however which is the one esc that does not need it.
So Jag what's it like compared to the logos? Just curious as i also had a couple of MA's before and now have the l600's, SE's with kaos frames etc as well as a couple of TDR's but this thing somehow seems very attractive!
Common sense may not be common after all

My Furion wobbled severely during spool down only. Went back in and greased the dampeners and feathering shaft and it cleared 90% of the wobble up.Angel

There seems to be a bit of a quiver in mine too, right around that 1600-1800 range as it spools up or down. Only does it for a brief second, so it really doesnt' bother me.Team Synergy/Rail, Team Scorpion, YS Engines, VelTye

PCSKYHI update
Jag, I would have expected you to be a bit lighter than that also, especially running Volts 12S 3300. I am at 9.1 lbs. running Turnigy Nano-Tech 12S 4000s. I do see you are using a receiver battery vs me using the bec from the esc but I would think a receiver lipo battery would be pretty light. Are you using a regulator with the battery? I guess those two things could add up.
Ready heli had a shipment of 6S 3700s in and I have some enroute to see how much they lighten my bird up. I also have bought some Edge 623 flybar blades to also lose some weight. My current NHP Razor 620s weigh in at 144 grams.
I just don't see how you weigh that much but nonetheless it will suprise you how it flies at 9 lbs. Enjoy
My new weight with the Volt 6S 3700 X 2 and the edge blades is 8 lbs. 11 oz. When I flew it I did not expect to feel a difference but apparently I was wrong. It actually feels lighter and more crisp. Now the part that kicked me in the seat of my pants is I will get 7 minute flights with these Volts just like my Turnigy Nano-techs 6S 4000s I am now content with what I have. The F6 is by far the best bird in my fleet.

I also added the RC Booya canopy mounts which are much easier to deal with when putting on the canopy. I bought the complete set but all you really need are the front post, they make putting the canopy on much easier, not having find the front mounts to screw the front screws in. the ball mounts on the rear are fine, I would just have to remember to lube the rear gromets at the beginning of each flying session.

Ditto on the RCBooya mounts. I did front and back. May get a set for my Fury 55 too. although the canopy doesn't have to come off very often on that one.Team Synergy/Rail, Team Scorpion, YS Engines, VelTye
