The page labelled "collective servo" is actually the aileron servo.
There is a push-pull option for the collective and elevator servos not shown on those drawings. The push-pull elevator setup is very similar to the SE99 shown at http://www.ronlund.com
under "plans". The collective push-pull bell crank mounts on the post on the right hand side of the servo tray.
The Gasser is very similar except for the throttle servo and that it doesn't have the push-pull as standard equipment.
I know plenty of people that don't bother with the push-pull on the SE since you do get a bit of extra slop due to the extra ball links and bearings. Just hook it up as shown in the drawings above.
