Here you go. Just a couple things left to do.
I had to rework the skid supports. Previous owner of this had put in G-FORCE mounts. Some good stuff right there. It's nice to indicate a piece in on the mill and you can tell you're dealing with some precision. And no hand grind/buff stuff...just nice machined surfaces...and chamfers. I felt bad to cut into their name...but didn't want to be pulling the engine to change the plug.

OH, and hey Shawn...you have any idea what that little lug on the landing skid is for on the lower left corner of the pic?

Hey that's only 2.00 per 8 minute flight!
UM...it's probably going to be more like $2 per 5 minute flight for me.

Hey Bob, that's a funny caption but I'd put my TR600E 12S up against it any day...except for FT... Are you using the stock tank or?

Now that you have the .91 engine in that 600,drop the boom and blades and do a 550 conversion.

Your power to weight would be sick.lol...

I literally never use the word literally right.

I agree-- however, everyone I fly with is on 2.4 so now I have NO interference with my "ancient 72 mHZ" I have a Specktrum TX and had two "Brown -outs" with 2.4 resulting in Crashes, but none with 72 mHZ in 10 years. I still like flybars, they work pretty good, nitro is noisy but smells GooD

I didn't actually buy any of that green stuff for 20/gal. I usually buy it at my LHS. 1 gal at a time. They gotta eat too.
They are right on my way to work so I really don't want them to disappear on me. I still like rummaging around in a hobby shop from time to time. Fuel is about the last thing that brings me in there anymore. They rarely have the batteries I'm looking for and parts are easier to stock up online. They always have the fuel I need. So...another plus for nitro.

LOL....

That 90 nitro is a waste of time...reasons

First your flight time will be 4 mins if your on it...electrics fly longer than this

The electric is still more powerful...the electric is lighter because your looking at an 8+ pound machine maybe 9 with that engine and pipe.

The entire point of going nitro is blown with this concept...been there tried that.

IF you want a solid fun 50 sized machine go with a TREX 600 Nitro with futaba BLS servos all around with some CY Stick bangers and a OS55HZ with Hatori pipe. Even flybared this heli flys like a bat out of hell. Not electric powerful but still powerful and consistent till the end of the tank...more than enough to do anything you want.

The YS91SR in the 600N will KILL the OS55/YS56 and the flight time will be right around 5 1/2 mins .Ive flown the same setup hes doing and its well worth doing but the OS 70SZH would of been a better setup. The OS 70 has ALOT more power over the OS 55/YS 56 and gets around 7 1/2 mins of flight time.
