As RJ said swash to head links look good. If the functional checks are good ie: blade over tail boom has no movement during elevator input and no movement again at 90 degrees during aileron input, you should be good to go.

The best way to do this in the vbar program is to creep up on the swash rotation until you get the desired result. There is no need to overshoot the phasing, only put enough in to get no movement during the preflight checks. This will get you in the air, then you can make small adjustments after the test flight if you feel the need for more trim. Also, keep in mind that you may see a little movement in the blade during set up. This is usually due to your inadvertantly pushing the stick in the aileron direction while checking for elevator movement. Just do your best to only move the stick in one direction during the check out process.

Check out this pick of one of RC Aerodyne's 3 blade plug-n-play heads. Note how the "J" link phases the swash. If you have a clockwise rotation head, you will be rotating the virtual swashplate in the vbar program clockwise to correct the phasing. Just the opposite for counter clockwise rotation head.

Here is an opff topic question real quick, someone above in this post mentioned 0 degrees at mid stick, I like to hover at mid stick, can this be done? Using a v-bar?

Martin, what happened to the vertical pushrods?

love for scale, midstick does not have to be zero pitch. You can set up to hover at midstick if you like.

Martin, you correct the phasing in the vbar program, not at the swash. You run the the links vertical and use the vbar to phase the head.

Stan, yes. You can adjust the vbar collective to hover at mid stick. Since you're running scale birds, you will only be using a few degrees of negative pitch to hold the heli on the tarmac.

So.

The vertical not work good. But this is only 45 degress. This is not good the v bar. I must use normal 90 degress with fbl elektronik. (forexample 700E Fbl) If I push/pull the elevator arm my blade what upper the tail not moved. Diffrent rotorhead work another system.

Here is what I am referring to. You correct the phasing in the vbar swash screen, not at the swash. The vbar does the same thing electronically that you have done mechanically by rotating the swash.

Mojave !

The first important the mechanical calibration and after (if need) the v bar program phase. Any pilot fly this rotorhead without fbl elektronik. Than is very important the good mechanical calibration.

Please see this 600. No Fbl elektronik and the rotor head calibration same my head:

Today I Fly 6 start. My new 5 blade head and new electric freya with V bar. Wow thats cool !! Need only little fine calibration (tracking, expo, Hs, gyro gain, trim flyght). No need swash rotation.
