I am still using the 1010C for 10S with no complaints.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

That hyperion looks good but it's pricy.

Anybody tried one of these? I could buy a couple of these cheeper than the hyperion and they are 200 watts. If you have a dual charger and it breaks, your grounded.

I've been using my TP 1010C and TP balancer for a long time. It's a great charger and does everything I need. However - if I were in the market to buy one I would take a serious look at the ichargers. I've heard great things about them.

Icharger/Protek 1010b+

this is a 350W charger, cabable of charging up to 10 cells. I like this charger because it can charge seperate packs together and balance them as one pack. I run 2 3cell lipos in series and this charger can charge them as one 6 cell pack.

The firmware can updated via usb, and it comes with softwade that records your batteries charging characteristics. It has many charging options and it monitors each cell during the charge.

I can go on but you really should check it out yourself. I got it from a-main hobby for $169.99. Best bang for the buck imho.

I use the PowerLab 8. It is now a 1300Watt Charger.

I can charge my two 6S 5000mAh batteries in 13 minutes.

So I can fly my Rave ENV for 8 Minutes, and be back in the air with in 15 minutes of charging.

WOW,that would be nice
What batteries are you using?Does that shorten the life of your batteries? and do you just hook it up to your car?

If you do, you wont be "driving" home from the field. You will need a separate power source

Does that shorten the life of your batteries
with the new generation batts/chargers fast charging will not harm batts. Some of the batts are rated for 5C charging.

In the last 2 years we have gone from 1 hour charge times for maybe 5 min of flight(and by flight I mean hard flying)to less than 15 min for 6s 5000mah batts, with considerably more flight time(some guys are getting 6-7 min plus of 3D)gotta love it.

just keep in mind,in order to charge big batts at higher rates the key component is the power supply. The power of the charger is nothing without something to supply it

Yes it is. Couple that with a Meanwell 25v 30 amp power supply and you can get it done!
