All the FBL systems work, it is up to you to decide what you need based on your wallet, your experience and your goals moving forward.

There is nothing wrong with the Align 3G. Problems may be due to: (1) it being installed on a helicopter that has problems and the problems are then amplified by the fbl system; and/or (2) improper installation/setting of the various parameters.

Be that as it may, the one consensus problem agreed to by the hardcore 3D pilots that I fly with is that the Align 3G does not piro as good as the Vbar and Skookum.

The 3G is fine, but after trying out other FBL systems like the Total G and V-Bar, I for one will not go back to the 3G.

Most of the problems seem to be related with vibrations.
I have sold mine and waiting for a Microbeast to be installed in my T-Rex 600NSP/Nova 57

I think that you will find the good majority of people flying the 3G System have nothing but good reviews. The one thing with the 3G is that is has really brought flybarless helicopters to the masses.

There have been other systems around for years but the 3G is the one that has really taken flybars off of peoples helicopters.

With that being said, many of the people getting the 3G have never flown flybarless systems prior to it. Once they get a taste of FBL they are wanting more and hence spend more money on a system that they perceive as offering "more".

In reality the 3G system is on par with many of the other systems out there. I've flown several systems in the past and am in the process of installing a 3G on my machine today.

I'm anxious to test the new Futaba CGY750 but I do believe that for right now the 3G will pretty much offer you a good flying helicopter.

Yes, I do fly "Hard 3D" (and to qualify that statement)
