You will be getting lots of different answers. I say it depends on the users, I've tried 3G, Total-G and V-Bar, for me it's V-Bar all the way.

Team Synergy, Rail blades, Team Scorpion, V-Team

You may get a spirited response over in the Flybarless Rotor Head Systems forum.

Seems like Vbar, skookom 720 and total G are the most popular. Align is catching up. The initial batch had tail problems.

Vbar can use satellite receivers if you have a DX transmitter. I have a futaba so have a bunch of wires between my receiver and vbar. Sbus was just added to the latest vbar systems so I may get one to simplyfy things.https://rc.runryder.com/rr/clipboar...87/IMAG0008.jpg

High Voltage just works better

I have had the 3GV2.1 and the Mini V Bar this year and prefer the V Bar by a long shot.

The 3G was tough to get dialed in and was overly sensitive to vibration.
That said,it flew nice.

The V Bar worked awesome out da box and I have it strapped down tight and there is no issues with vibrations.
To be fair,I have added a second carrier bearing to my TT which made the heli 100% smoother so the 3G may have been better but I will never know since I sold it.

Trex 500 BTW.....

I literally never use the word literally right.

this the another version of the chocolate vs vanilla argument.

V-bar and Beast-X seem to be at top of heap if you read the forums, followed by Total G, 3G v2, and Skookum 720 (in no particular order).

FWIW, I do not have any FBL at this time, but have been researching for a holiday present for myself.

1+ for V-bar. Then again, that's all I've ever flown. I've been flying them for 3 years now and have never found a reason to change.

Best to post in the WTB Electronics section or cruise existing Electronics misc section, there are more then a few available.

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...

I have both 3G and Vbar. Both are good, Vbar a little better on the tail.
