I want to replace the small bearing that is pressed into the centre of the clutch bell housing. If I use heat, will it ruin the liner or the glue holding it in?? Or is there a different way to get it out?? I hope someone can help

then its a good opportunity to replace the liner

or just heat it up and let the glue fail and then glue it back in.

you DEFINITELY want to support the inside of the bell on something like a rachet socket so that when you tap out the bearing (and sometimes its WAY more than a tap), you dont bend the bell
