3D Power Cut-Off
Just recently I’ve found that one of my Blade 400’s powers down in about half the time it used to / should. Basically acts like it would if you let the battery run too low. I know it’s not the batteries since they work well in my other Blade 400. I’m new to RC so my trouble-shooting skills are very limited – however I’m assuming it must either be an issue with the ESC or the motor. The motor was recently replaced in this heli and it hasn’t been involved in any crashes since so I’m leaning towards it being the ESC – does this make sense or should I be looking elsewhere? I could certainly take the ESC out of my other Blade 400 and try it in this one – however thought I would run this by someone else before I started swapping parts around.
The other caveat to this is that it doesn’t seem to happen when I’m in “idle-up” – now this isn’t your typical idle up – I’m new to heli’s so I’ve got my throttle and pitch curves set back in position one and then the default factory “position 1” settings in idle up. However I’ve had these settings programmed this way since I first got the heli and the issue only arose a week or so ago – this may only be a coincidence.

You can bet it's your ESC replace it with an align unit and you should be good to go again.B400 500T ds3400G
