Man, you guys are bumming me out. I hate the place I live now, Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have finally convinced the wife to move, and the place we agreed on was Austin. Now I hear all the problems of finding a flying field and I am beginning to wonder...

Hello Andy
So how's Austin treating you?

Doing great here. I put in 6 flights today. I'm mowing grass inverted these days. And I did at least 10 circuits inverted-bacwards today.

I had to rebuild the tail rotors on two of my raptors when I sarted bacwards inverted flight. The tail just wouldn't hold. But a rebuild to remove the slop and making sure the TR throw went end-to-end fixed it. I love to see it hauling butt upsidedown and backwards!

With the help of AGRAV8 I got another injection of Magnum 30 fuel that fixes me up for awhile.

It sounds like you are going to have to get your own outlaw field started up. Just find a good place that will do for plankers as well and start flying there every day. Eventually it will attract other flyers.

Sometimes the best field is right off the highway!

I personnaly dislike sanctioned fields. Too many politics and boring ridiculous / nonsence meetings regarding planks and their all absorbing power over helis. The best fields in the world, don't cost any money to fly.

OUTLAW ALL THE WAY!!! It's the only way to fly...

Save time when crossing a one-way street by only looking in one direction

Hey Mark,

Austin ahh, I deffinetly like it better than houston, except there's no good feilds to play at!

I'm deffinelty at a wall with my inverted flight, it's going nowhere. I just can't get in there and go for it ?

I'm in love with magnum fuel, I actually had to change my needle the other day (one click) once it got over 95 degrees. Other than that I've been getting unbelivable consistancy out of it. Far better than cool power and wildcat, and at 6 bucks cheaper per gallon, it's like fuel heaven. I personally like the large amount of smoke and smell it produces!

That would be the one thing to make it better here, an outlaw feild. I also think it would be good to get some room for planks to fly at. I've been thinking alot here lately about getting into planks just to get my foot in the door at the clubs, also they seem to have a relaxing factor to them compared to helis.

Take care and keep up the amazing progress.
