While I totally respect your dedication to having 100% positive feedback I think if you sell enough items you will eventually get a negative feedback report. I personally would not be dissuaded from buying from someone who has 500 postive feedback and one negative. You can respond to negative feedback and say that you offered a full refund and buyer refused. Look at some other powersellers on ebay, the same thing happens to them. Sometimes you have to say go ahead and give me negative feedback!

I am the odd exception where Ebay/PP shafted the buyer.
I was the winning bidder for an item on ebay, I completed payment within 5 minutes of the auction closing.
2 weeks later I have still not received the item.
I contacted the seller and they sent me copies of their paperwork and a tracking number stating that the item was delivered.
Looking at the paperwork I noticed that they did not ship to the address that I gave them for shipping.
The shipper said that's to bad for me.
Because they had a tracking number that showed delivery to someplace, even though it was other than my address, PP said the item was delivered so I was SOL.
Fortunately it was only a $30 item.

So there are times EBAY will side with the seller even if the seller is in the wrong.

I find that very very hard to believe.
If there is proof it was delivered to the wrong address and that it was delivered to the address the seller sent it to and that address was different than the one you gave...that is a definite claim.

Sounds more like the seller was provided bad info.

I literally never use the word literally right.

I have had an eBay account since 1999 and it's silly how bad it's gotten. I used to sell high-end sewing machines for my wife's store that I had serviced, but no more. Can't afford to have some whackoff decide he's gonna game the system and get a freebie.

I may even close my account...

PayPal is NO better. I have had 2 beefs with them and it took me threatening to close my account for them to do anything.

It is really starting not to be worth the hassle.

eBay just informed me that they are closing this case due to buyer not complying with the return back to seller within 20 days. They are restoring the PP funds back to me.

I am still waiting on the bad feedback removal though.

they won't. unless the buyer leaves feedback unrelated to the transaction, or commits libel, they won't remove it.

Hey, just getting started in the rc world. I used to race dirt track but was in a vehicle accident in July and I am now paralyzed from the waist down and racing is my passion along with turning wrenches so thought this would be the next best thing. If any one has any info at all, like track locations, types of classes, vehicles, anything at all would be much appreciated. I have been looking into getting a traxxas slash 2wd so thats is about all I know so far. Let me know what ya think. Send email too. Thanks a bunch

note the posting date... it's seven months too early for karma, and the accident is even further back.

Any of you following my bad deal of late....I have decided to buy the unit back at original price since I think nothing is wrong except inept programming.I can use it on my new heli.

Mcrackin,
You should change the feedback you left the guy to reflect your unhappyness with the deal. It might save someone else a headache in the future.

Which is worse, ignorance or apathy? I don't know and I don't care!
