With that identical setup I get 5 minutes of hard 3d off of 70% of the packs. I like to leave a little buffer room in the packs. I had the same setup in a Logo 600 and got identical flight times.

Same setup, but flybar, 3800mah packs, mild 3D, I get 5 minutes and only use 70% of battery.

From my perspective, I've also had this debate in my mind as well. I was convinced to go with a Furion 6 between the two for several of the reasons stated. One however, has tipped the scales in favor of MA for me. Not only do I prefer to support the only US made product available in our hobby, but find with my Fury 55 that expert help is only a quick call or email away, and even though I am only a local flier, I get top of the line support. Parts have been pretty reasonably priced, and the model has been super easy to work on and setup. No question Mikado has developed a superb electric helicopter. But the F6 is also, and has a few advantages for me.

I was deciding between the L600 and the F6 and I went with the F6 based on observation of crashes over a period of a few weeks. The crashes were by mild 3D and stickbanger pilots.

Of the four L600 crashes, all sustained damage such that rekit was a better choice than buying replacement parts. Of the six F6 crashes, frame and rotor head survived. These crashes occurred at a nice grass field. All these machines, L600 and F6, were fbl.

Thrust bearings $12.99mikado, $12.50X-Cell
boom 17.99mikado 8.99x-cell
t/r shaft 12.99mikado 8.95x-cell
t/r carbon plate 19.99mikado 7.99x-cell (includes bearing!)
tail fin 19.99mikado 9.95x-cell
t/r belt 19.99mikado 18.99x-cell
motor mount 28.99mikado 11.99x-cell

This was just a small sampling. ALL of MA's hardware is less, the painted canopy is less...etc. As you can see from above, many of MA's parts are almost HALF the price...lol.

Just thought that I might dispell some of the rumors about MA's being expensive to fix.
