Vibe 500 Problems
I have one problem with my Vibe 500e that I can't cure yet.
It flies great and does everything well exceot it falls out of backwards rolls when I roll to the right, doesn't do it to the left or when going forwards. I thought it might be the 370 gyro so I replaced it with an align 780 that I had sitting around. I am a fairly advanced flyer and don't have that problem with any of my other helis, I have like ten of them from 250 to 700 size. I need help to cure this problem or I'm going to get rid of my only JR bird. thanks for any help.

Without actually being there and seeing what you have, it is a very difficult question to answer. So much has to do with potential setup, type of blades you are running, paddles, cyclic throws, it is hard to determine.

What exactly do you mean when you say it falls out of backwards rolls? Are you saying it is more of a corkscrew? The more detail you can provide the more likely we can figure this out

The odd size tail grips for sure.
2nd would be odd gearing, I have tried a bunch of motors, looking for more power, only one left to try is Pyro 600-09.

What I like.
Not replaced a thing with over 300 flights, still tight.
F3C smooth and precise
Nick Maxwell loves the way my V500 flies.

Pyro 600-09 900Kv on 13T is the best I have found, Lots and I mean Lots of power, but also sucks a lot of amps. Had to cut flight time down to 5:30 from 6:00 min. 220g this motor is also 20g heavier than a
Scorp 3026-1000 or EFlite Power 25, or Kora 15-14. For the money the EFlite with good batts is probably the best, the Scorp is very close, and the Kora is just plain anemic(very weak).

There is finally a 6mm 8M 13T Pinion available to make this possible. The pinion from the Outrage Velocity 50 works but had to cut it down as it was too tall and getting in the way of the elevator servo arm at full negative, full forward elevator.

So this one is finally ther way I wanted it, lots of power, smooth as silk after hundreds of flights.

I don't understand how a Kora 15-14 could be discribed as an anemic, very weak motor. I'm still flying a 500 size heli with a Kora 15-16, wich is a little weaker than the 15-14, and it's a powerfull heli i get.
When i had my Super Voyager it was flying with the 15-14, with only 5S, and was very 3D capable with batts that was by far less powerfull than the ones currently available.

A pyro on a V500 is way overkill.
