I just had my quad stolen 2 nights ago. Of course after its gone I realized I should have had some way to track it.

Who makes a good GPS system for tracking quads that is small, weather proof and powered by its own battery. It would have to be a satellite system as I am currently living in the mountains of lower BC, Canada.

Thanks

GPS Tracking for anything, it will send co-ordinates to your cell phone.
The only drawback that is obvious from just seeing the ad is it's size.

Lojack if your area supports it. I had it done to my sportster recently. I dunno where they put it (havent looked yet )
and its cheap enough. Good part is if they dont find it, they will pay me for it!

EDIT--whoops. just read where you are. Sorry!

this one will work in the USA on Quad Bands.

http://www.bigboxstore.com/gps-trac...00-1900mhz.html

the one I posted above only works on Tri-Band.

If you use a cell phone type device like these, be sure it operates when you call it and not all the time automatically as that might run up the SIM card phone bill!
