you're probably using too much collective. I know I sometime do that. remember it's a cyclic intensive maneuver

useing align gov !! not to sure what head speed it is , its up to 80% on the gov on the 12fg . elevator tic toc is fine ,, it was on 70% and it was fine , soon as i try aileron it boggs right down to nothing ...so i put it up to 80% and lowered the swash by -10 ..still the same,, pitch is +12 -12

which engine? may need to lean the mid-range a bit. definitly need less collective than you think you do.

You really need to have the head tached so you know where the headspeed is,it could be too low or too high which will make the motor bog .
If theres no binding with +/- pitch when you move the cyclic stick all the way forward/back and the headspeed is right at 2100rpm's then your being too hard on the sticks or the motor isn't tuned right.Have the heli tached and as long as your sure the tune is good and theres no binding then turn the pitch down to +/- 11 degrees or try being a little more easyer on the sticks.

Learning collective management is the best thing to learn because you won't bog the motor during any move and your heli will love you for it..

BTW,what motor and pipe are you running?
