I was dialing in my tt50 pro on friday and it was running very nicely, I took it out again on sunday started it up, it was running a little wierd, I let it hover for a little bit, by the time it let it down the engine cut out on me and it was smoking, I checked the on board temp gauge and it read a max of 260 the remote glow wire even melted.

Did I just kill my engine is that temp way to high, I tried starting it up again, but it was giving me a lot of trouble, I had to really re-adjust things but finally got it running again, but my needle settings were so out of wack by then I couldnt get a normal rmp

My guess it was hotter that 260 if it melted the wire. I have hit 260 and even higer and am still flying my motor (Os brands) well.
I'd go right back up with it once you figure out what caused it.
