Most bearing yes. But motor bearings at 25000rpm use a light oil

Im a huge fan of the bearing buddy, got an entire procedure and everything, so dont get me wrong. I pack every bearing, even right out of the pack. But those motor bearings really see some incredible speed. I find 25-50K RPM hard to fathom. Probably get yelled at here but I use a drop or 2 on both motor bearings about every 10th flight. I use-gasp- 3in1 oil.

Likely motor bearings, running the mesh too tight will kill bearings almost instantly.
You've got to make sure you're on the highest point of the main gear when you set the mesh, the main gears aren't perfectly round.

Other suspects would be the one way slipping, main gear rubbing on the frame, belt tension too loose, etc.

maybe your bird is hungry, thats why its chirping

feed it really tiny mcx 1s 110mah lipos and maybe it will quiet down. throw them into the main rotor when its spooled up and it will "eat" them.

another though, based on the time you gave, maybe you have a defect in the belt, it probably makes one full rev every second or so i think. maybe when the defect comes around it hits something like the guide pulley edges.

Pull the blades off and spool it up, then you'll know for sure.
Some blades at lower rpm make a whispering, chirping kind of noise.
I wouldn't really define it as a "chirp" though...
