this guy tratded me this heli for my logo 400,waited until my package arrived at his house and canceled his shipment to me.i will never do bussiness witht this guy again,he said he is going to ship my heli back cod but we will see what happens.i hope everyone here watches out for dale

You misrepresented what you sent me. I will be taking pictures of this basket case to insure that comments like yours don't find someone to listen to it. The bird you sent me is in very poor shape, not complete and I'm not willing to invest the money needed to make it flyable again. I stopped shipment on my 700 this evening within an hour of inspecting what you sent me and told you that you could either send UPS to pick it up or that we would be happy to COD it back to you. Keep in mind that I've had to pay for shipping both ways of my 700 just as you are going to need to do for you Logo.

I at no time intended to defraud you and your accusations of it is without basis.

If you would've shipped your package on Friday like you claimed in your PM to me I would've been stuck with this POS as you've clearly indicated on the phone that you don't want to pay for anything, want to knock my teeth out at the next funfly we run into each other at, and have accused me of "changing my mind".

In fact what you sent me is in very poor shape and I'm saying that it is not an equal trade and that I have taken measures to insure that can recover my bird prior to it being delivered to you. Due to your response to me on the phone this evening it looks like I made the right decision. Again, as stated on the phone, I'm sorry things didn't work out as you hoped but your Logo is not an adequate trade for my 700 electric conversion.

Not only will you get your bird back but I will again provide you with all tracking information related to your property returning to you. It's too bad both of us couldn't be the man I'm trying to be in this. I have no intention of giving you negative feedback even though I feel like you tried to make a fool out of us in this trade and have thrown a fit over not getting my 700 for your POS and threatening me on the phone. I've done everything I said I would do and have only done what was needed to protect myself in this transaction. Based on what's happened I'm glad I did.

You will be provided tracking information for your return shipment tomorrow evening.

here are the pics i sent you,how is that a misrepresentation?

you complaints are of rust on the bolts,clearly visible in the pics,esc not programmed right but it not even pictured installed in the heli and programming is part of setup,if you dont know how to setup a heli its not my problem,follow thru with your deals,your mind changes shouldnt cost me money.everything you complain about is clearly in the pics,for all i know there was never a 700 on its way to me,it seems funny that he would use 7 day shipping and stopping his shipment right after receiving my heli.seem shady to me.i have met dale in person and should have known better to do bussiness with him

If you think Becky and I are trying to screw you over I guess no amount of talking to you will change your mind. You sent a "ghetto" Logo incomplete and in very poor condition. I have simply recovered my bird and am returning yours. Obviously our versions of "quality" will never be the same. Sorry things didn't work out. Threatening people don't get you what you want Robert, you just end up making an a$$ of yourself. Better luck with the next guy.

If you're paying for the method of shipping then by all means I'll ship it any way you want. If you think I'm going to pay for both my bird and yours to be shipped back and forth you're not going to get it. If you think I'm shady then it's pretty obvious talking to you won't change a thing. I'm not paying you anything or spending any more money than I already have shipping and recovering my 700. If you want your Logo returned via Priority Mail then I'm happy to do so as soon as you provide the funds for it. The USPS does not provide a means of COD so I'm forced to use UPS.

I'm out enough money on your trying to dump this POS on me and I'm not spending another dime or time on your whimpering, whining, threats or slander of Becky and I. One minute you're threatening me and the next you want me to shell out more money to cover your bird. Forget about it Robert. You're going to be mad no matter what I do/say so go ahead and be mad.

I've clearly explained my point of view in this transaction and you've explained yours. The only thing I have going for my situation is that I was able to prevent having to deal with all of this and you having my 700 in your possession. Again, you've clearly demonstrated that I made the right decision in stopping delivery of my bird to you. Toss all the fit you want. Unless you're covering shipping costs then you get it sent the only method that allows me to get it to you COD. End of conversation, end of story, end of debate and end of transaction.

Best of luck in all that you do and maybe some day you'll see my point of view. Until then all I can do is do what I think is right and that protects me. You've done little more than run your mouth at both me and now you want to slander Becky too. Sad that you've gone to this extent over all this. But it is what it is I suppose and appearently what kind of person you are.

You've done nothing other than badmouth both me and Becky, made verbal threats and generally thrown a tantrum about this entire deal since you didn't get what you wanted. We have shipped your Logo back to you as of this afternoon. You've stated that you can't afford shipping, it's all my fault, we're such bad people, you should've known, blah blah.... We've covered the return shipping on your Logo.

The price to COD your bird with Insurance, COD fee plus basic delivery costs was about a dollar shy of $40 that you would've been required to pay with a cashiers check. We've shown our colors and shipped your bird at our expense. Now I've paid for both directions on my 700 AND return shipping on yours even after all you've done and said. After all you've done in this I expect you'll figure we "deserve" it somehow, blah blah....

If you want to be a man then once you've received your Logo back and verified the safe contents of it return to you feel free to PM me and I'll provide my Paypal address where you can reimburse us for the cost of shipping your bird. We really have no expectations of you doing so but by us paying for it we've saved you almost $40 to get your property back.

Now be sure to post some more about how horrible we've been to you in this transaction and consider the good faith we've extended to you in this deal. As before, sorry things didn't work out in our trade but all property is being returned and we're out over $70 so far. Let's see if you man-up after your bird arrives.

So in summary, you lied about when you sent it (sent it 3 days later), you lied about the condition it was in, you lied about it being a complete project and that all was needed was a vbar unit, and you lied about reimbursing me for shipping your POS back to you. I show delivery of your junk to your door 2 days ago and no word from you just as expected. I'm not surprised one bit. Once bit = twice shy.

The UPS Store handed your package to a UPS driver on Monday which is when it entered their system. As you can clearly see in the receipt image below I handed it to them on Saturday JUST as I told you. Notice the register receipt clearly showing payment for my 700 on 6/19. I am a man of my word. Obviously that isn't a quality you possess. So, are you going to man up and "handle your business" and cover the postage I paid to send you your bird back to California or are you going to continue changing the subject and show everyone how much of a jerk you are? I sent it KNOWING you wouldn't pay and here we are once again listening to you talk trash on us both. Who's the man here Robert? You? lol

the funny part is,i pulle dthe bird you said was incomplete out of the box,put it together and flew it,the fact that you changed your mind or that becky changed it for you has no bearing on me at all,if i knew i was doing business with a team you should have got permission first.the pics clearly show a complete heli and all the things you describe as wrong with the heli,if you dont know how it went together thats one thing but dont say the heli was incomplete when it wasnt,all your complaints are completely rediculous,sedn me paypal info and i will send your 40 bucks but next time you work a trade out make sure you ask your mommy first
