why does the hyperion duo II charge 7.4 bat. at 7.2 and so on? it seem like all the setting on the charger are lower than the bat calls for. am i getting a full charge with this charger? I charged some bat with it then put them on another charger and that charger said they were not fully charged. what is the deal?

Have you selected LiPo and not LiIon setting perhaps? (LiPo = 3.7v per cell where as LiIo is 3.6v per cell)
