Both of mine move up and down about 1mm. Seems normal to me. An eighth of a inch sounds a bit much. I'm assuming its less right?

Theres a welded on washer on the shaft that keeps the shaft from moving in and out. Is it still there? If its not, the magnets will keep the can in place. In short, you're good..

You'll be happier with the Scorpion motor anyways.

Hey, Bro.

got the HK 2221-8 SEEMS to work good, still using my 3 sell .

should i have gotten the hk 2221-6, not sure of the difference.
I think ( but not sure) that the 8 can take 3 or 4 sell.

how do i oil
the motor bearings every few flights.

so far it kicks @$$, i have allways had a tail wag, little but a wag,
could never get rid off, first 2 flights today no wag at all.weird right just by changing engine, and loose 1 tooth on pinion.

Very Happy with it

please get back to me. thanks

The -6 is a little more ballistic. The -8 is perfect.

I use tri flow but Lucian from Innov8tive talks about the bearings here:
http://www.innov8tivedesigns.com/pr...products_id=372

The top bearing is pretty self explanatory but here is a pic where to oil the bottom one.
