If you are running a Helicommand on a carbon frame Protos, and also have the carbon fiber boom, consider running a ground loop wire. Run the wire from the boom to the frame, and then from the frame to the motor mount.
I was experiencing erratic jumping of the cyclic servos after checking and double checking my Helicommand settings. I went so far as to send in my Helicommand unit for service thinking something was wrong with the Helicommand. After installing the wire the problem instantly went away.
