I use stock Align 35A ESC and 450M motor in my 450 sport.
When I resetup the heli after crash I found headspeed change irregularly so, in certain rpm heli body shakes left and right quickly.
with HS increase this 'shake' problem diminished.
I changed main mast, receiver.
I am suspicious of ESC or motor. which one?

How does the headspeed accelerate? If the headspeed acceleration is sluggish or erratic, the issue is probably in the motor (A shorted winding). If the acceleration is smooth, then the issue is more than likely in the ESC

Thank for the reply.
'erratic' is the right symtom. but strangely that symtom appear certain mid rpm and as head speed goes to 100% then that symptom disappear

The ESC has to supply a lot more current to accelerate the head when the head is still or turning slowly. If the motor has a bad winding, you will hear a buzzing while the heli spins up (a buzzing sound, not a whine). The buzzing is caused by a magnetic imbalance in the windings. Additionally, the ESC will get a bit hotter than normal.

If you only hear a whine, replace the ESC. If the motor seems to make a buzzing sound, along with the whine, replace the motor.
