Trueblood has one that will fit the 450s and 450Pro, or one that fits just the 450s.

Yes. You have to do the levelling at 3 points. First of all at 0 pitch via mechanical adjustment (servo horn and linkage rod length) followed by radio subtrim if necessary; then at maximum and minimum pitch via radio end point adjustment.
