Hi! I have a tz and it came with the 140 linkage, i also have a dx7 that seems to have the swash menu to 120 only not for 140, my question is, can i use the 120 swash option on the tx with the 140 setup on the frenzy? If not, i am planning on use a jr airskipper 120 swash, what kind of linkage do i'm going to need? Please help me,cause i don't know witch linkage to change

Thanks!

I owned a Vigor and used this as a guide to set up mine. I was never really happy with it so switched the Vigor back to 120. Seemed like I could never get it just right.

DX7 supports 120 only. I wouldn't advise trying to fly a 140 setup on a 120 tx.

thanks! i think i'll set up the 120,how can i do that?cause on manual doesn't explain clear,or my noobness don't let me lol,in the manual says to reduce the linkages that conect to the servo wheels but,if i do that, isn't the servo start to buzz?cause i didn't found any other hole in the frame that i can reduce the linkage and still fit them properly, how did you guy using 120 did?

On the Vigor it was rather simple just replace the from 2 balls with shorter ones then move the bell cranks back a bit. From what I see from pictures TZ uses the same set up as a Raptor.Check your manual or a Raptor manual to see just what needs to be done. Can't be that difficult.

back to 120
@ fabio

you will need to change the long ball stems in the swash (outer) to the short ones. likewise for the linkage to the servos.

i think you will have to move the input arm(T)from the servo back to the 120 degrees position.if you just change the swash the links from the T will be at an improper angle, not 90 degrees from the T
