the most expensive houses in the world run around $125-$140 million
Maybe Im confuzeing million with billion.

Yeah the more I think about it 500 - 900 thousand just shy of 1 million is about the normal going rate these days for a normal house, so more like 50 million for a nice boat and like you say 100 million for a top of the line house.

It would be pretty damn hard to try and spend 10 billion a year over say 50 years.. Ide have a good crack it though

You would need to be up early at the crack of dawn and going like a jack hammer all day, it would not be easy work at all, a lazy person would have no hope at all trying to use that amount of money.

So, does his statement apply to him also? Considering he made over 5 million last year and has no expenses? Is that enough money? Should he spread his wealth around?

Well, does the new ObamaCare law apply to them?

Of course not. Its for the masses. Not them.

Being a Corporate Pilot most of my life, I need rich people and strong corporations. So dose the City of Wichita, KS and the 90,000 people that work there. The business aviation world has been turned upside down thanks to the current administration while the witch from SF flies around in a 757

Yeah, and look at the politicians who are directly responsible for creating the laws that allowed them to be as greedy as they are.
So you think that if there were no laws governing banks/financial institutions they'd regulate themselves? That doesn't make any sense.
Should he spread his wealth around?
He did. Last year Obama gave $329,100 to 40 different charities and donated his entire $1.4 million Nobel Peace Prize income to charity.

If you've been in aviation your whole life you know it's on a 7 year cycle. Something always comes up. Blaming the current administration is just convenient. BTW, where is Cessna building their new SkyCatcher again?

the 7 years cycle in aviation ended with 9/11. the industry has been in the tank since then.

America to Obama,
You've spent enough money!

Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about!

Wrong. Yes, 9/11 hit and it bottomed then it started to ramp back up then the "oil crisis" hit in 2008 followed by the recession. Now it's starting to ramp back up.

ok, fair to say it is looking as though it may to some degree.

but, the aviation industry is completely different than before 9/11 and will never be the same on the inside or out, and it is very different inside. been there a long long time.

things are much more volitle inside the industry and won't be the same again. the good news for me at this point is the war business is good.
