Has anyone ran a logo 600 on a 450 to 470 KV motor, with a 14 tooth pinion and on 10S?

I want to buy a 450 to 470 KV motor, and run my 2nd logo 600 on 10s with a 14 tooth pinion, and eventually stretch it to a logo 600 se, and keep the same motor on 12S.

Will this sort of setup work okay for a backup logo 600?

My main one is running a pyro 700 520, with 12 tooth.

Any comments would be helpful.

Thanks,

Dan

Dan,
It sounds like you have done the math, so I'd say sure. It might not have the exact same bite on 10S, but on 12S that will be a killer combo, but a very potent one on 10S yet still.

Dan,

I'm running the Pyro 700-520 on 10s with a 13 tooth pinion and a jive 120 BEC. My head speed is 2200, what head speed are you running and how long of a flight time are you getting? Just curious. I wasent sure if I should go with the 12 or 13 tooth. The 12 was out of stock, so kind of a no brainer.

Thanks,

T.J.
