Do i need to lean or richen the needles after adding the air filter. ? Both needles ? And by how much ? Thanks

Depending on the airflow
If its less then you'll have to lean the needles. If the same then no change.

Theoretically there is no difference on needle settings when a filter is added. The filter will reduce air flow a little and as it gets dirty it will continue to reduce the air flow but the mixture ratio stays the same. The venturi along with the needle settings determine the air to fuel mixture percentages. As long as this relationship doesn't change the percentages will not change. A reduction in air flow will decrease the top end HP of the engine.

Shouldn't have to adjust needles. Airflow should not be constricted by a filter...
