I upgraded my old 600N with the "A" elevator arm, and was surprised to find it had longer travel than the old plastic arm. I had to reduce elevator ATV to 90% both directions.

Did Align also modify the Aileron and Pitch arms to match, while I still have the old plastic ones from my original Sport kit?

That is interesting. I wonder if align changed the bell crank ratios.

I think I'll upgrade the aileron/pitch levers to shiny blue metal to match the rest of my mix-n-match head, then I'll find out..

n808 I have old 600N pro too upgrade and all ATv at 100%.. All i can remember having to do was reset my 0 pitch at 50% stick..
