I'll be starting assembly on my ely-q 50 ultimate soon.

The instructions say I need some one-way bearing grease. What should I use? I'm about to make an order from tower, this is the tower search page for "grease" - which one should I use?

How about 3-n-1?

I wonder why they say to use grease.

3 in 1 will work, but Triflow is better. You can buy it at any bicycle shop.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick
