t600 stretch
To make full benefit of the bigger motor you need to run bigger blades...

me and a buddy of mine had a trex 600 nitro with a YS 91 in it ...and spinning 600's it was marginally better than the 50 motor....even leaning the CRAP out of the 91st it still wouldn't load the motor up enough to make it worth it...

it needed longer blades ...so I kind of see it as a waste of time to go with a bigger motor only running 600's...I would recommend a stretch...

yo thanks wifeorheli!! that helped alot!! and i think there chopping the boom cause when you put the longer boom into the 600 tt part thats on the heli it dosnt go in as far as it would on a 700 so i think there sayn about an inch will give the actual tt enough reach to mesh gears i may be doing this mod it sounds interesting like i said i have the stuff and i would like a lil bigger heli for some nice stable flying and autos thanks guys for all your imput and any more on the subject let me know

no babe i swear i sold my other heli to buy this one :)

I think the new TT have the tip epoxy in . Cutting down a boom would be easy..

There are many posts on 600 - 700 stretch in the aerial photography section.. we do it to have more lifting power. I did it.. 700 boom cut down bout an inch.. no mod to the torque tube is needed.. I run the 700 boom supports also.. technically the ass end of the 700. I swing 700mm radix no problem.. I am also on 12S. Mine is for aerial photography..

I just wish they made a MOD 1 Maingear for the 600!
