I'm in Arizona and it is about damn time! Kudos to the Gov. & legislature for taking a stand for America.

About friggin time.

My old office mate came from Singapore legaly. Can't get citizenship, why? Too many damn ilegals and fecking politicians pissing on the rules, so they shut all the legal imigration down. How fecked up is that?

This is, to me, clearly is not an immigration problem at all. Its a leadership problem. Our leaders have let this thing get to this point only for their own gain or out of fear or some kind of discrimination backlash. The Dems will want to carry it further for one purpose and one purpose only. To get more votes to save their own bacon. Period.

I just cannot bring myself to blame the Hispanics for coming here to help their families and try to make a better life. Yes, they can use the legal system to get here. But, look at the system. Its BS, takes way to long, it loaded with red tape, and is way to hard. They are just looking for an easier way. Our leadership has given it to them at an extremely high cost to us all. In more ways than one.

Thats why I am all for voting OUT OF OFFICE every single INCUMBENT. BOTH sides.

From the above article:
"States can't give them that power," Johnson said. "The federal government could if it wanted to, but it hasn't."
Kinda by default, the feds have capitulated to the states by not enforcing the existing laws. The feds have chosen to not enforce the laws other than to appear to. Good example: 20+ million illegals...I don't think the laws are being enforced with those kind of numbers.

The federal government has abandoned its job of border protection. Who's left to do the job other than the states?

If the feds go ahead and sue Arizona, then no state is safe from our tyrannical federal government.

Not if the Fed government looses that suit.

Oh please. Take it to court. I would love to see that. It would damage the loony left even more than they have done to themselves already. If the left pushes this on a Fed level, they will loose with the public and it won't make it to court by the November elections.

a law to enforce a law to enforce a rule, to enforce a law......again, we're being run by lawyers, no wonder we're in such a mess.

man...you can't swing a dead cat here without hitting 50 illegals. Profiling??? Hell yes. I'll bet that if you pulled over 100 "benders", 90 of them would be illegal. How hard is this to fix???
