I have a 600N with a 55 and it was nose heavy too. Not sure if the engine is the cause for the nose heavy condition and....I know the general idea is to move stuff around to get it to balance but there are only a few different options for gear placement. I already have a small RX pack and it's as far back as possible. I could not get the correct CG by moving stuff around. For now I have a small lead clamp on weight on the vertical fin right below the tail box.
