Hi guys,

I diceded to setup my Vibe 50 for 15 degrees on Throtle Hold. I then reduced the pitch curves for N, IU1 and IU2 to -12, 0, 12 as I'm use to fly.

Can't wait to try it tommorow!

Any of you autos with 15 degrees?

I usually auto with about 5 degrees....negative. But, if you think 15 will work, go for it!

If you need that extra pop at the bottom of the auto, 15 is a lot of pitch. I make do with 10-12.

I don't mean while you go down... but when you flare!

I thought I saw that 15 degrees on Scott Gray's setup but I was wrong. I just double checked and his auto setup is 13. I'll put it back to 12! Sorry for this unusefull thread! hahahaha

I've tried the setup you're talking about, and didn't especially like it. You DO get a little more hang time albeit not much. The problem is when the head speed decays it gets kinda "wobbly". I think the gyroscopic effect of the rotor disc wears off as the headspeed decays, then it throws off the phasing angle and just acts funny near the end. At least that's my theory anyway.

I just keep it near 12 degrees

If it can't hover, it ain't worth flying.
