With all due respect, you will only begin to notice the difference once your flying skills allow you to push the servos harder.

Increase your cyclics mechanically and reduce your End Points.

Give it more than 7 deg. Just remember to manage your cyclics and collective so that you don't bogg the head speed.

The way I do it is set it up Max. endpoint travel before binding then reduce your Ail/Ele cyclic in your D/R menu to whatever degree you need or want.Once I set Endpoints I leave them be!!I get *10 cyclic on my Kasama head and thats too much for me,reduce my degrees in the D/R menu.

datidun, If nothing else get 9254`s 0.06 sec on 4.8, verses 9252 at 0.14 sec on 4.8V. My 1 cent worth!

I would not run the 9254 servo as anything other than a tail servo as it was designed for.

I also run them on my Rap-50 & 90 and as u say they both rock,no problem with them in the last 3 years of flying each week!! With all due respect, maybe we have different set ups, want faster servos , well 9254`s.

The 9252's has everything that is needed to get the most out of any 50 size helicopter AT 4.8V!! Fitting 9254's on the ail, elev, and especially pitch is a crash looking to happen.

Rather look at things like main blade mass, paddle mass, flybar length/ratio, head speed and not to be forgotten the power supply (be that NiMh, Li-Po, etc, etc)
I have found a great difference between a decent power supply, and a less decent.

Good luck with your set-up.

Concentrate on your weaknesses and your strengths will reward you!

9254's on aileron, elevator and pitch! PMSL! 4.8kg/cm of torque!

You can get servos not only with twice the torque of the 9254's but not much slower, with metal gears for alot cheaper!

9252's are very slow for todays standards and expensive.

60% of the time, it works every time!
