As nut's as it sound's

I'm trying to locate -
5 = Only " 4 to install and 1 to drop" of a Thunder Tiger M2.6 X 20mm
Cheese Head Screw ;Elusive little bugger's they are/ as their only included in complete sub - assemblies. Must be M2.6 X 20

For a reference these are the same screw used to hold a servo in the tray - which pass thru the grommet but they are Extra long " 20mm "

For your effort or trade I will give you a full bag of TT PV0233
which is a M3 X 20mm cheese head screw " look's to be 20 or so in the bag - I have no clue where they are used " maybe a 60 or 90"

Laughs to follow later ::::

If you skip me I can't play!

Hey Jack, I can look around the dusty corners of my shop and see what's hiding there. But what are these used for?! are these for ball links into the plastic main blade grips or tail grip to fork screws?

Hey John / Mr Badgerfarm think's he may have a few !
These are the goof ball screw's - that are sized to drop down thru a servo grommet but are extra long ! 20mm.

The only place they are used is on the tiller push pull / sub - plates found on a Titan - used on the elevator and roll control plates.

Instead of the servo resting in the pocket, they add a pair plastic sub spacers to act as the depth of a servo tab, then they fasten the tiller plate over the servo pocket.

Four are used for the roll tiller sub plate, and four for the elevator tiller plate.

Only found if you purchase the complete assemblie's.

I had four spares, & used em on one tiller plate - leaves the other naked, and I hate to stick a SAE plastic thread into a JIS threaded hole.

They don't list them as a seperate purchasable item

If Badgers work I'm gona send him a whole bag of the 3mm X 20's for which I have no use !!!

ah, got it - the long ones for the Titan push/pull on the elevator and collective which use those spacer blocks. I don't know if I have any, I'll check. But I wouldn't have any qualms about going to Ace hardware and nosing around their bins for something that'd work. It's plasic, no need to get the threads exactly the same - dab of CA on the fastener and it'll stay.

I look for some. I had the same problem. I did drill out the plate holes slightly bigger, for some reason to fit a similar screw for that problem, can not remember what I used but I will give a look and see. Also look in the raptor manual and I believe there us a part number for that but they are 22mm, you grind them if locate them. I am here at work right now but I will look in the early morning. If you locate some, let me know I will buy some too. I look at main hobbies bout month ago and they were out of stock of the 22mm ones I was talking about previously. Good hunting.

the part number is HSE2620N from TT.
All I can locate is an entire ss replacement kit but it is pricey and does not list what it contains.

I did not have any, but I know the reason I drilled out the plates was that I used the 3mmx20 socket screws. I also called Fastenal, that specialize in screws they find no vendors that make that small of an OD fir self tapping. On the other hand rcjapan has them I think. Sorry, but if u do find a vendor let me know. Thx.

Super Thanx to Mr Badgerfarm !
Major Kudo's !!!

Today I receive this Humongous padded envelope ! I say What ???? A Humongous envelope for four little screw's you say ???

What I received, was a selection of of two different lengths, " LOng One's " 2.5 JIS flat Pan heads which put the OEM fasteners to shame !!!! They were even heat sealed in their own little packet's. !!!

They drop right thru the servo grommet's Look's like I've got some up- grading to do !

Super Thanx ! Randall - I can't say more for a super good guy !!
