i know not to store lipos fully discharge or fully charged, i usea hyperion balance charger with a "store" function which takes the battery to 60% capacity. lets say i charge it, then the weather goes to ****, am i ok to let it sit for a week fully charged? or say i chare it up to do a set up and it takes several days due to limited time, do i need to store charge or is it ok for a few days or a week?

I always store mine fully charged. I know the rule. But without a real study done on storage techniques, I don't think its worth the hassle. If the lipo is for propulsion, you will wear it out before you reap any benefits if any. I do try to store at 60% or so if I know they will not be used for a few months. No data to back my thoughts on that though.

I have left mine completely charged for almost 3 weeks once and never had any problems. If I knew I wasn't flying for awhile, I would put a 50% storage charge on them
