Opinions can vary depending on users, but a common agreement on Align quality is their poor hardware and bearings. Well see for yourself..

I had heard of quality issues with align as well as the great quality of hirobo, freya mostly... well this just gives me second thought on what i should do. I would rather have qual than cheap cause I dont 3d anyway so pop doesnt matter to me...

I bought a 700 back at the end of Feb, have about 3 gallons of fuel through it with no problems(so far)great flying machine. If I would have had my senses about me I would have bought the Min air Fury 55. Never liked Hirobo very much.

Damn that ground is hard! When's the right time to get out of this money sucking hobby?

How can he decide for himself if you send a link about some guy raving about the poor quality of his bearings and screws on a 250 size heli. Alot smaller heli dont ya think. A friend of mine just purchased a 700 fbl version this year and I would have to say if I was in the market for a 90 I would lean towards that heli. You should buy what you like not what somebody else likes. Its kinda like kids, Because when a problem occurs you are the one that has to deal with it, not the ones who spoil them.

Before I purchased my Aligns I also heard problems with the 600 and 700. You can have issues with any heli. I replaced a Rappy 50 with a Trex 600 and an Avant with a 700. I look for low parts count, how easy can I get to certain parts and of course how it flys. IMO Align parts can be found anywhere and they are cheaper. Since I'm not a pro yet I need to have a machine that won't break the bank when I go down. Good luck with whatever you decide on.

no one will argue that a Mercedes is a higher quality car than a Ford. that doesn't mean that there aren't an awful lot of happy Mustang owners. Align 700 is a nice machine. what quirks it might have are minor, but it flies well and is well supported.

For 3D or sport flying the 700, no contest. Newer design, lighter, cheaper parts. I've owned both.

Crash a Freya evo 90 and your wallet is gonna know about it! The difference in quality between Aligns new helicopters and Hirobos is negligable. Align not only offers THE best value for money but also very good quality nowadays.

As you say your not 3Ding so any helicopter is going to last a very long time so quality is not really an issue. Go with what you like the look of, ease of getting spares and the cost.

60% of the time, it works every time!

The 700N is a damn good helicopter. It flys good, its light, it stays together, and its easy/inexpensive to repair. I have had the Hirobo 90's and they were nice but to me its a dated design. Plastic mold quilty is top notch and the bearings are good but the shafts are soft and the machine is a nightmare to get smooth after a wreck (headblock and output shaft bend really easy, plus they are expensive, and the clutch design with the long shaft can be out which causes vibes). I have had all the Freya's, all the MA machines (90 size), Blitz Avro and out of all of those machine I would take a 700N for fun everyday flying...

Proud to have over 13 pages of Good Guy feedback.

Align is a big brand name, they make every thing such as blades motors servos engines with os, HT startes, and regarding the parts, yes you can get it evry where, JR is a Ferrari, so if you want to change a tier you gotta pay.

Until now I didn't see any Heirroboooooo heli that looks nice, their heli is like a flying beetle, with it plastic funy Canopy
