Hi all,

As you may be aware, it sometimes takes the tip of a small screwdriver or the like to get the bullet to snap into the housing of these connectors. I detest doing that because I worry about dinging up the bullet, housing, wire, or any combination of the three.

There is an easier way.

Take your heat gun a thoroughly warm up the housing. Get it nice and warm, almost hot. The plastic expands with the heat, and the bullet then EASILY snaps into place with gentle finger pressure. It then cools down, and all is as it should be.

Easy. Thermal expansion can be a handy thing.
