Trex 450 Pro electric: I run 80% all the way across with a governor on my ESC. If you have a smaller pinion and no governor, you can just run 100% all the way across. At the most, you might go 100-95-100.

Trex 600 Nitro I'm running gov at 1700,1850,1950 12/12 degree collective with 8 on cyclic. I run a 5 point throttle curve at 100,85,65,85,100

Hope this helps.
